Althea has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Surrey and a Diploma in Management Studies (Human Resource Management) from the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity.   She is trained in counselling and this skill is effectively used in managing the company’s Outplacement Services programme.

Althea has responsibility for immigration services.  Her in-depth knowledge on immigration matters makes her a valuable resource to her clients as she facilitates the entire immigration process and provides advisory services regarding visas and work permits.

Althea also manages Catalytic Support, a division of the company focused on helping clients recruit, select and train administrative staff.  She assists in the administration and facilitation of training and development programmes.

Her areas of expertise include organising, co-ordinating and managing projects. Based on her involvement in the administrative field for approximately fifteen years, she has a keen eye and pays special attention to detail.

She also assists in social media marketing ensuring that the company’s brand has a continued presence in the market and is effectively promoted using this medium.

Althea is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados and is the author of various HR related articles.
